Founding this celebration is their response to American schools removing bibles from public schools, which prevented some children from expressing their religion freely. Ever since the start of the event, it has become more popular than ever. In fact, in 2014, there were only 8,000 student participants. In 2015, there were already 155,000 people celebrating the day. And in 2016, there were 356,000 people who celebrated the day.
